            Bug ID: 323225
Summary: wish: combined toolbar button for "open" and "open
                    recent" (like it was before)
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: okular
           Version: 0.16.4
          Platform: Debian unstable
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: okular-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: knut at esztermann.de

Back in kde 4.8 there was a combined toolbar button "open recent" wich opened
the file open dialogue with a short click and opened the list of recently
opened files with a long click.
Apparently, this confused some users, so the behaviour changed according to bug
#302358.
I think this is a regression, so the optimal solution may be separate buttons
for "open" and "open recent" as with current kde 4.10 plus an optional combined
button with the old behaviour.

Reproducible: Always

actual version is (debian sid):
Okular
Version 0.16.2
Using KDE Development Platform 4.10.5
