I don't know what you mean by the version of libspectre. I could find the
following version of okular from the help menu of the viewer. Let me know if
this isn't what you were looking for.

Using KDE Development Platform 4.8.5 (4.8.5)

And yes, it is reproducible every time! I'm attaching the valgrind output from
the terminal as requested.
