sorry  but  no,  if  plasma  menubar  is  trying  to  do  smart  things with 
the  menubar and  it  fails,  it  is  plasma  menubar  problem,  not  okular 
one.  please  go  and  tell  plasma  menubar  developers  about  it.

if  they  investigate the  issue  and  found  that  changing  something  in 
okular  might  help  them,  we  are  open  to  patches  :)
