Well i must have been mistaken i thought this was also a place where
feature requests and useful recommendations could be made to the
developers of Okular. I myself am not a developer so working myself into
the code base of Okular and understanding what has to be done + doing it
is not an option for me.

The intent behind my Email was to see whether you (as the developers)
see merit behind adding this feature to your IMHO already wonderful pdf
reader.
