When I select file/print, the dialog window that appears is modal. I'd like, at
the very least, to be able to scroll to the document so that I actually can see
which pages of the document I want to print. Currently, I need to write that
information on a little slip of paper before doing print. Computers are made to
reduce the need for little slips of paper.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hit Ctrl+P
2. See modal window
3. fulminate
Actual Results:  
Modal window, inducing rage.

Expected Results:  
Non-modal window, inducing internal peace and harmony.
