I have a PDF file in A4 page size. If I set 100% view in Okular the sized
displayed is too small. The correct size for a A4 page is around 128%

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a PDF file with A4 page size
2. Set zoom to 100%
3.
Actual Results:  
Displayed zoom is too small.

Expected Results:  
100% zoom should be the exact same size as an actual A4 page.
