The problems are all over the document. Look close at the first line of text
for example. On the original pdf you have "UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na
Życie S.A." while on the print-out it most of the spacesare gone
"UNIQATowarzystwoUbezpieczeń na ŻycieS.A."
