I cannot attach the original file as it is a draft of a paper I am working on
(unpublished). I have been able to replicate it with another file though, and
have attached that. The conditions seem to be:
1) have more than one annotation in the PDF
2) draw several (~4?) marks while in presentation mode, then click on 'erase'.
The program then crashes.
