[Okular-devel] Okular plugin creation: process selected text

Hello,

Where I can find instruction in creating Okular plugins? It's possible to
use Python?
I want to implement the follow tool: get selected text and postprocess it
(on-the-fly translation).

Are any built-in methods to get the selected text?
