If my mind, it's the Netscape-compatible plugin to use The Kparts (the modules
to open several file formats).
For example, on Opera and Firefox, if you open a PDF file Okular will be used
and if you open an OpenDocument file Calligra will be used.

And for TIFF files, I don't know what KDE software is used but it is the same
result than Okular (no left panel to display pages, ...).
