Pressing the 'Open Recent' toolbar icon opens the 'Open'
dialog. Instead of holding the 'Open Recent' toolbar icon to open the
list of recent documents, can it be that pressing the 'Open Recent'
toolbar icon opens the list of recent documents, and holding it opens
the 'Open' dialog?
