Since I am viewing documents, I want to see as much of the document as I
possibly can, so I hide the titlebar, the page bar and the toolbar. Browse
Tool, Text Selection Tool, etc. are tools that I use, and I would prefer to
right click and select them than the only alternative which is using CTRL+1,
CTRL+4, etc.
