Correct layout

Hi, I'm a confused with the version number: 0.15.70 is the current development
branch, it's not KDE/4.9 RC2.

The document works fine here and, comparing it to your screenshot, it seems
that both even and odd pages are rendered wrong.
Anyway, I can't reproduce the bug. I tried with poppler 0.16, 0.18 and 0.20.
What is your poppler version exactly?
