[Okular-devel] Change the icons

[Bemipefe]

I tried to install in my /home directory and i have launched the export 
and kbuildsycoca4 command. Unfortunately if i try to open a pdf with 
okular it just say that there isn't a plugin to open the file. This 
because the .so libraries are not present in /usr and so are not loaded. 
I don't know how to load it manually.

I tried also in a different distribution on another computer but the 
problem remain.
