When I have a PDF document open, I'd like to be able to easily share this file
via E-Mail, so a "Send by Mail" entry should be added to the File menu hooking
into KMail or so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open PDF file
2. Go to "File"
3.
Actual Results:  
No option to send via Mail

Expected Results:  
Option to send via Mail
