Thanks for looking into this.

I figured it out. My "text selection" button was activated, that causes links
to not work. If I return to "Browse" then the links work. Sorry for causing the
inconvenience. 

Still, I don't understand why links are disabled if you are in text selection
mode. Is this a bug or a design decision?
