Well Thanks in advance for working on this.
The Testfiles don't work on Windows either - so we have to continue searching
for a solution.

How can we check if the autostart MovieAnnotation is right integrated? -
Possibly we must ask the Latex - Beamer people to fix the malforming. How did
you create the working pdf?
