Version:           0.13 (using KDE 4.7.0)

When print PDF document with multiple pages per sheet, in this case top of each
page go out of printable area.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open some PDF document, then open File->Print->parameters (on bottom part of
print dialog)->Count pages and then select 2 or more pages per sheet.

Actual Results:  
 Printed document cut the top part of each page.

Expected Results:  
Printed sheet must be contain all pages entirely.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
Compiler: gcc
