Just pick a unique letter for the accelerator, and then in the
dlggeneralbase.ui file, for your element's 'property name="text"', in the
'<string>' element add '&' in front of that letter. See how 'Show
scrollbars' has 'b' underlined in the 'General options' page, and its text
'<string>' is 'Show scroll&bars' in the source.
