Some comments:
 * Add an accelerator (&) to the label
 * make the KIntSpinBox buddy of the label
 * Add a tooltip to the label explaining what that "Scroll overlap" means so
that people can decide what they want
 * Fix the spacing (no tab at the beginning but spaces) (space in /100)
 * Agree with Christopher that 100% does not make much sense
