The option name is quite bad, i do not know which one would be better, but i
know i do not like this at all. Can anyone propose a better one?

Also this is not the correct way of implementing it. You should just change the
PageStep of the vertical scrollbar (see PageView::resizeContentArea) thus there
would be no need of going down and then a bit up.
