page enlarged / low resolution

Version:           0.12 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

This bug affects me several times a day and seems to be recent (ie a few weeks
ago I didn't see this) so is probably related to some SUSE update.

When enlarging a page (pdfs) the enlarged image is just a lower resolution
enlarged - this normally immediately redraws at the new resolution.  But often
it doesn't redraw at the new resolution until I change the page back and forth.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Enlarge or increase the size of a page when viewing a pdf

Actual Results:  
Sometimes the page enlarged at the former resolution and presents in a blocky
fashion without redrawing

Expected Results:  
The page should redraw at the new resolution
