I rarely use the navigation bar since it takes too much space, doesn't provide
much useful information and is ugly as hell. That's why I didn't think about
looking for the bookmarks there.

If you do a right-click on the bookmark that appears in the normal horizontal
menu you don't see any option to rename an entry, nor a "bookmark manager", as
one would expect. 

I think a good way to improve the usability would be to add a bookmark manager
entry that opens the navigation bar and selects the bookmark option. Or to
popup a window asking for a label when you add a bookmark. What's the point of
having a page number as label anyways?
