[Okular-devel] TOC is flat for DVI files

Hi all,

I am working with Kile writing a latex document and I use Okular to open the
generated DVI file.
Unfortunately, the TOC display seems to lose all hierarchy information and
every single entry is displayed as if all belonging to the tree level.
In other words, the TOC is flattened and tree information is lost.

Any ideas? Is this an Okular bug or somehow the DVI generated from Latex is
the problem?
