[Okular-devel] send via email feature

I agree that okular should not send directly an email, but as written in
the report, to pass the file to the email client is a basic function

When opening a pdf in the web-browser with okular, if you don't have such a
feature, you have to save it first, then open the filebrowser, or
filepicker... and...

If you work a lot with pdf, those 2 or 3 steps more, are a lot of work.
