I watch the following behavior with okular version 0.10.5/KDE 4.4.5 included in
Debian Lenny:

A vertical PDF document shows correctly in okular and okular recognize it
as vertical. But after printing, the document shows horizontal and the
margin is cutted of. Only a manually change from vertical into horizontal
produce a correct print.
