If you open a PDF with many graphic elements the responsiveness from okular is
unusable. Zooming and panning are unusable slow.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get the PDF from
http://vrr.de/imperia/md/content/stadtlinienplaene/dortmund.pdf
2. Open the PDF using okular.
3. Navigate on PDF.

Actual Results:  
Very slow rendering

Expected Results:  
Smooth rendering ;-)
