Eh, I'm not quite alone here as you may see. The mere Cc: list here proves the
misleadingness of this. I'm not arguing it's useless, but in the current form
it's likely to cause very many people to waste hours annotating documents
before they notice there's no way to share those annotations to people not
using Okular.

Really, it sounds like you just try to justify the current state of things, no
matter what. Can you at least consider the possibility that the lengthy Cc:
list consists of people who have wasted lots of time because of this, and that
this could be fixed by a simple warning?
