okular (0.12.2) on KDE Platform 4.6.3 (4.6.3) using Qt 4.7.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Used pdflatex to regenerate a PDF document which was displayed by Okular =>
crash on automatic reload.

A possible cause for the crash could be that the new document generated by
pdflatex has fewer pages (since some included chapters in the document had just
been commented out). Also, the PDF bookmarks tree of the new document has been
smaller.
