Attaching files to emails sent to bugs has no effect; please open (while you
are logged in) the page of this bug -
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=274482 - click on "Add an attachment"
almost at the bottom of the page, and fill the attachment details (including
choosing the file from your computer).
