The same problem happens with pdflatex in texlive2011. Synctex now produces
filenames of the form "<path>/./<filename>". Although these are correct
pathnames, okular does not recognize them correctly and does not jump to the
specified line. 

IMO the filename parser of okular should be fixed to recognize all
syntactically correct pathnames.

The work-around described by Jochen does not work when okular is called from a
third-party tool, e.g., kile.

Also, is it possible to change the title of this bug, because the bug is more
general than the current title suggests? E.g., "okular's synctex filename
parser is broken".
