Version:           0.11.2 (using KDE 4.5.5)

I tried to create a PDF with two pages-per-sheet. So i opened the original PDF
and selected File->Print->Print to File (PDF) and selected under Options->Pages
2 pages per sheet. Then i press OK.

The output PDF is exactly the same as the original one, but each sheet should
contain two pages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open PDF
- select File->Print->Print to File (PDF) 
- select Options->Pages 2 pages per sheet

Actual Results:  
the resulting PDF file is equal to the original (one page per sheet)

Expected Results:  
two pages per sheet
