When I move an annotation, Okular forgets to repaint the PDF. This results in
something like this:

A workaround is to force a repaint of the PDF by scrolling across the page
after moving the annotation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create an annotation in a PDF
2) Drag it across the page

SIMILAR PROBLEM
1) Press F6 to bring up the "Review" toolbar
2) Drag it to one of the other three edges of the PDF viewing box.
