The original problem is gone but we are still on the workaround. This
workaround causes the issue that the PDF is not displayed in it's original size
when the zoom factor is set to 100%.

And while the workaround may fix the original problem for most people (while
causing the size issue), Okular is not the correct place to fix it.
If the problem was fixed in Xorg, we could revert the workaround so that the
actual dpi are taken into account.
