Version:           0.11.2 (using KDE 4.5.4) 
OS:                Linux

Example document shows strange formatting artefacts (yellow boxes with text
such as "font" "Calibri 13.0pt" "stretch" "normal" "fo") which do not show up
with any other PDF viewer (tried Document Viewer, xpdf, Adobe). In addition,
they do not show up in Okular in print preview mode.

Attached is a screen shot of the document as it shows up and the document in
question.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached document with Okular

Actual Results:  
Strange yellow formatting artefacts appear.

Expected Results:  
Formatting should be hidden

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35.9-64.fc14.i686.PAE
