Summary: Duplicated entries of Okular in "Open With" -> "Other
                    Application"
           Product: okular
           Version: 0.12
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: okular-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: andruk.tatum at gmail.com

Version: 0.12 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

When you use the "Open with other application" option in the right click
context menu on a file, the list is populated with 15 entries for okular. This
seems to be because Okular installs multiple .desktop files in the ala-carte
menu that are not activated. As far as I can tell, each menu entry functions
exactly the same, as they each run the same command: `okular %U %i -caption
"%c"'

Please find a way to not install multiple menu entries.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install Okular from repositories, then try to open any file with the "Open With
Other Application" option in the right click context menu. There will be >1
entry for Okular. Also, right click on Applications menu and select "Edit
Menus", then look through the list to find multiple deactivated entries for
Okular cluttering the menu editor up.

Actual Results:
Multiple entries for Okular in "Open With" dialog and menu editor.

Expected Results:
There should preferably be only one menu entry for each case.
