The bug continues in the latest release from Fedora-16, namely 
okular-4.7.4-1.fc16.x86_64.  A message like:

okular(3746)/kdeui (kdelibs) KXMLGUIClient::~KXMLGUIClient: 0x293f978 deleted
without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone
popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

Shows up on the console whenever okular is run from the console.
