quick mockup

there was a recent discussion about eliminating status bar in kde workspace by
elaborating better ui design.

In Okular page bar can be moved into main toolbar, as you can see in my mockup
(Also zoom buttons have been tweaked a bit).

Hope there is quite consensus on that.
