Okular doesn't support block highlighting when the text is unseletable. You can
only highlight muti-lines of words. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
highlight the texts

Actual Results:  
doesn't work when the text is unseletable

Expected Results:  
block selected region

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-27-generic
