Kind of. However I wonder if there would be a nicer way to show the
translation, than opening a complete webbrowser window. It probably depends on
the service that is doing the translation, how the translation is delivered.
Sorry, I am not sure what would be the best way to show that but here are some
ways this is approached by other programs:
The google translator plasmoid

The way some KDE programs (e.g. Kate, Konqueror) over spelling suggestions,
when automated spelling correction is activated, is also quite nice but
probably not so if one wants to translate a whole text chunk.
