Albert, now that this issue have been happily resolved wouldn't it make sense
to restore the limit of votes per bug to 20?

In my opinion, a newcomer would have a hard time trying to understand why
Okular is different to the rest of KDE SC modules in that respect and I fail to
see any advantage of having a limit of 10 votes.
