It is not the question if it is unfair or not. It is the problem of an
engineering decision is being made based on emotions.

Also, why _all_ (well, all those who would like to use a real fullscreen mode)
Okular users are "punished" because of a few ones misbehaving?

For me this is beyond any logic...
