in pdfs with pages that are a mix of portrait and landscape okular doesn't
print correctly, instead it prints all the landscape pages as portrait 

Reproducible: Didn't try



Expected Results:  
It should print portrait pages as portrait and landscape pages as ladnscape

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35.4-12-desktop-matt
Compiler: gcc
