If in okular loading of a document fails (e.g on KDE session start without
network connection) then there is no way in the UI of the okular window to get
the URL of the document to be shown.

Since common shortcuts (F5 or Ctrl-R) are not available and URL does not show
up in recent documents menu it it not at all possible to load the document
later, leaving the user with an empty useles window.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open document in okular
2) Leave KDE session
3) disconnect network 
4) Restart KDE 

Actual Results:  
Empty okular window with no possibility to load document after network is up

Expected Results:  
F5 (and/or Ctrl-R) should load the current document or
recent documents menu should show its URL
