The trunk version of ebook-tools loads the file, but then the document is still
subject to the issues with relative URLs; so this bug would be:
a) UPSTREAM for the "empty page" issue
b) DUPLICATE of #198764 for the relative URLs issue
given a) is solved, I'm marking this bug duplicate of #198764, so you (Jonas)
can follow it.
