When viewing pdf's from one certain university class, and using the
"Seitenbreite" zoom, okular hides and displays the scroll bar mutliple times a
second.

This is the same on all their slides pdf's. I have not experienced it with any
other pdf's.

This does not happen on any other zoom level.
