Summary: Okular don't display .eps graphics included in .dvi
file when it is located in path with international
                    characters in it
           Product: okular
           Version: 0.10.2
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: DVI backend
        AssignedTo: okular-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: ice-beam at yandex.ru

Version: 0.10.2 (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux

When .dvi and .eps files are located in path with international characters in
it, I don't see any graphics in my document and get these messages in console
output:

okular(4964)/okular (DVI): ghostview could not be started

okular(4964)/okular (DVI): GS did not produce output.

So graphic is displayed only if I change folder name to one having English-only
characters.

If I open .eps file directly in Okular, it is displayed correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make folder with international characters in name somewhere on your disk
2. Make simple TeX document with \includegraphics command to include some .eps
file
3. Produce .dvi file
4. Try to open it with Okular

Actual Results:
No graphics :(

Expected Results:
Graphics :)

pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-1.40.10 (TeX Live 2009/Debian)
