Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Open a PDF
2 Scroll down a little bit, make sure you are still on page 1
3 Press Ctrl+Home

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Should scroll to the very top of the document

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34-0.slh.7-sidux-amd64
