File->Print->Options->Copies: besides "Print All" and "Pages from ... to ..."
there should be a third option "Print Current Page".

german railways uses to deliver electronically purchaesd tickets as pdf. until
recently that was only one page, the actuall ticket.
but recently they added another page with rather useless information ("before
starting your journey, check the timetable"), which is not necessary and thus
printing it would be waste.
but instead of formerly "Print All" i now have to use "Pages from ... to ..."
and change the "to" to 1.
