Without the actual file itself is almost impossible to fix, on the other hand
i've identified a potential fix to your problem and i've commited it to what
will be poppler 0.14.0 (poppler is the library Okular uses for rendering PDF)
if you ever update to poppler 0.14.0, please check if this fixes your problem
or not, if it does not, reopen the bug.
